Every person has unique strengths, abilities, and inner resources. My goal is to help clients reconnect with those strengths, develop new skills, strengthen their sense of purpose, feel more at ease in the world, and build meaningful connections with others. I offer a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where clients can explore difficult experiences, develop a deeper understanding of themselves, and move toward greater ease and connection. EMDR can be especially helpful for people who feel emotionally stuck and overwhelmed. I earned my degree from Columbia University in 2009 and continue to invest in ongoing professional development. I have been practicing EMDR since 2021 and participate in ongoing EMDRIA-approved consultation. Virtual EMDR can be a comfortable and effective way to engage in therapy from a familiar environment. I'm licensed to provide therapy in Massachussetts and South Carolina.
