Hello, I am an LCSW specializing in trauma, anxiety disorders and eating disorders. I am an EMDR certified therapist and have been practicing EMDR therapy since 2008. I work with single incident and complex traumas of all types. I utilize DBT skills, mindfulness based stress reduction and relaxation skills as well. I have worked for Florida health care plans for sixteen years. I've been practicing since 1992 and licensed in the state of Florida since 1997.
