Having been in the field of behavioral health over 33 years, I have a vast knowledge base to utilize for the benefit of my clients. I specialize in EMDR Therapy for many trauma related disorders. I am an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist, Approved Consultant, and have been a Trainer although I am taking a pause from this currently. I work with adults to make lasting life changes. I also am a Trauma Informed Life Coach and work with people to Redefine themselves beyond trauma. I am proficient with addictive disorders as well and am fluent in 12 step recovery navigation as well as other modalities.
