Hello, l am certified in EMDR and have been using it in my practice since first being trained by its founder, Francine Shapiro, twenty-four years ago. Even after all these years, I remain in awe of the healing changes that are possible in every session. I specialize in helping people heal from most types of traumas and have recently developed a new specialization in intergenerational trauma. Additionally, I have a PSYPACT credential as well which means that I am able to work with people in 38 states in addition to North Carolina, where she is licensed.
