I believe that therapy is a partnership and change only happens when we are working as a team. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion while offering support and education so my clients develop effective individualized coping strategies. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you on this journey. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker helping individuals and families cope with grief and loss, trauma and chronic and terminal illness. I have helped my clients address a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems and career challenges. I received my PhD and Masters in Social Work from Adelphi University. My BS in Human Development is from Cornell University. I have advanced training in EMDR, EFT, Clinical hypnotherapy, Complicated Grief Treatment, and Mindful Self-Compassion.
