I am hopeful that if you are looking at this site, maybe you are ready to take the very important step of reaching out for help. If you feel that I may be a good fit, or at least are interested in checking a little closer, please feel free to reach out either by phone, email, or my website. I offer a wide variety of treatment options for my clients, ranging from weekly one on one sessions (in person or online), to 3, 5, and up 14 day intensive therapy retreats. I am a 12 year Army veteran, and I have a passion for helping veterans, first responders, and active duty personnel. I also am fluent in both Spanish and English.
