I am an LICSW with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with complex and high-acuity mental health needs grounded in providing trauma informed care and creating trauma informed AND trauma responsive communities. My clinical specialties BIPOC, LGBTQI+, Neurodivergent clients, and rural populations. My therapeutic approach is grounded in the goal of “working myself out of a job” by helping clients build insight, skills, and confidence to advocate for themselves and navigate systems independently. I believe clients are the experts in their own lives, and my role is to collaborate, empower, and support lasting change grounded in agency, dignity, and resilience.
