You're questioning your gender, sexual identity, navigating your environment as a transgender person, or struggling with anxiety and depression. You're feeling out of control, seeking support and understanding while exploring new aspects of your sexuality, or need help managing anxiety and depression. I have a masters in counseling, specialize in sex therapy and have experience working with adults, LGBTQ+, as well as eating disorders, anxiety and depression. As a retired veteran I also work with transgender service members or family, helping them to navigate their gender identity in the unique context of military life. As a transgender veteran, I understand the grief, pain, and joys of discovering your authentic self, late in life. Whether you are questioning your gender, trying to understand your sexuality, navigating our current environment as a transgender person or struggling with anxiety and depression, I will hold space for you that is shame and judgment-free.
