I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, certified in EMDR, PROVIDING TELEHEALTH THERAPY FOR CLIENTS LOCATED ANYWHERE IN THE COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA. I have over ten years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling services. I have earned a Master’s degree and PhD in Clinical Social Work from The Catholic University of America. I provide EMDR as treatment for traumas that have occurred in adulthood and/or childhood (traumas that might be considered more significant as well as those that might be considered more benign), anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and stress reduction, among other issues. I combine the use of EMDR with interventions from other modalities including Ego State therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I work primarily with individual adults of all ages.
