***I am currently offering telehelath therapeutic sessions. I am licensed in Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona as an LCSW.*** At this time I am not licensed in other states. We face challenges every day and if there are unknown triggers holding you to past patterns that are not working, or to unfair judgements about yourself, there could be an invisible barrier to living your best life. If you are experiencing ongoing anxiety and depression you may have trauma memories that are imprinted in your brain's unconscious.
