Joseph’s specialties include: Treating Anxiety, Depression, and major life adjustments in Adults, Children and Adolescents with interpersonal, social and emotional challenges. Expirienced with clients having Autism and Learning Disabilities. Joe's empathic, caring, and energetic use of complementary therapeutic modalities include; Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered, Interpersonal, Strengths-Based, Mindfulness, Social/Emotional Learning (SEL), Trauma-Informed Care, art expression, and Partial certification in the modality of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Joseph also specializes in exploring and expanding a child's set of abilities to help support or compensate for their identified struggle within a disability.
