I love working with clients who are currently looking for more balance in their lives, be it due to a life change or realizing they have been relying on ways to regulate that haven't been the best for them. I enjoy working with teenagers in the beginning stages of learning about these things, as well as with adults in readjusting their paths to get back on track. Clients who choose to work with me are wanting to make lasting changes and know I will be available to help them stay consistent with those goals. I help my clients identify realistic growth-minded goals. I work to be as authentic as possible to help establish a trusting relationship with my clients and try to help them know how to help themselves reach their own goals. I help clients find their confidence in order to be the one to help them make positive and lasting changes. I know that finding a therapist can be hard, and on top of that finding the areas you need to work on can be vulnerable. I want to make that easier!
