I am a certified EMDR therapist. My work is holistic in nature. I like to work with the person's presenting challenges and use mind, body, nature, and spirituality to help the person along on their healing therapeutic journey. I work with humbleness, curiosity, and my deep belief that each person holds the ability to heal within themselves and they can achieve that healing with some assistance when required, by a therapist who accepts them and their challenges without any judgment.
