I specialize in working with high-achieving, sensitive professionals and caregivers who carry deep emotional burdens, including trauma, burnout, people-pleasing, or unresolved experiences. My approach blends EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and cognitive behavioral tools to help clients heal both the past and the inner parts that still carry it. I offer remote EMDR in a trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming space, where overthinking is welcomed with compassion, not judgment. Together, we create safety in the nervous system, restore self-trust, and move toward a life where you can feel whole and build the vision you want.
