I understand how hard it can be to even begin to reach out to a friend, family member, or a professional and acknowledge that now is the time to ask for help as I have been on the other side myself. I hope to hold an encouraging and comfortable environment for all peoples, and walk side-by-side processing life experiences. I have a passion for collaboratively working with youths and adults through life’s ups and downs, and highlighting the inner strength each individual has in regards to their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I also honor the significance of the family system, and how it can influence and show up in a multitude of areas in our lives.
