Acerca de
Life can throw us curveballs, and I’m here to help when those curveballs get to be too much. Through my eclectic and empathetic approach, I offer clients a judgement free space to work through life’s toughest issues. I provide care to children (6yrs & older), teens, and adults through individual, couples, and family sessions. I have experience treating a range of concerns: trauma & stress disorders, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, grief, substance use disorders, and life transitions, I am accelerated resolution therapy (ART) certified, and trained in EMDR which are just a few of the many tools I use to help the clients I serve.
