I specialize in helping clients overcome recent traumatic events and ongoing challenges like anxiety (including performance anxiety), depression, or loss. Trauma or attachment wounds can lead to overreactions in situations, feeling trapped in negative belief systems, and significantly impact workplace performance and the ability to form healthy relationships. As a trauma-informed therapist, I take pride in supporting high-achieving individuals who feel limited in reaching their full potential and clients who have experienced secondary trauma, such as medical professionals, teachers, judges, and police officers. My approach focuses on helping clients put the past behind them, develop a strong sense of self, and cultivate an ability to set healthy boundaries. My primary therapy method, as a Certified EMDR Therapist, is EMDR Therapy, but I also incorporate other therapeutic techniques to ensure clients reach their therapy goals.
