I have 28 years of experience in counseling and therapy. I worked internationally and currently only online. I love the healing journey each one of us experience at own time and space. I is beautiful to see confidence, peace and joy return. Therapy does not always bring complete change in circumstances, but it does help us to navigate the troubled waters better. As a counsellor I need to have my own counselling as well so I experience the resistance to change, the freedom after acceptance and the gratitude in each day too.
