Welcome to Tcheshmedjiev Therapy. My name is Ingrid, and I am an EMDR Europe accredited therapist located in Norway. I offer online EMDR therapy to Norwegian and English speaking clients. I have a master`s degree in EMDR therapy from the University of Worcester. I have 19 years experience working in public psychiatric healthcare with trauma, adddictions and perinatal issues. EMDR is a form of psychotherapy that has been proven effective for a wide range of mental health challenges. It is just as effective when performed online as in person, and virtual therapy can often be more flexible and accessible.
