Hello, My name is Karen Kahler, and I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist, trained in EMDR, and in the process of getting my certification in EMDR. I work with individuals, couples, and families, and teens over the age of 15. I work through a lease of trauma informed, client centered, attachment focused emotionally open frames. I am kind and firm, accepting and affirming while also explorative and challenging. I see therapy as a space for change and that comes with accepting there will be discomfort and challenge to get to where you hoping to move toward.
