Life can be overwhelming, but we are here to guide you through any obstacles you may face.  At SATT, which stands for Seat At The Table, we give you access to the therapeutic table and the tools for you to understand yourself more deeply and better cope with change. I have over ten years of experience utilizing evidence-based interventions, such as CBT, DBT, psychodynamic theory, as well as EMDR, to help clients better cope with feelings of sadness, fear, and trauma.
