Tammy Brewer is a Christian Counselor providing Christ-centered, Biblically-based counseling for individuals, children, couples and the elderly. She is married with five adult children, eight grandchildren and two great grand children. Her heart is to equip and empower people to handle life’s difficulties and manage stressors using a variety of techniques while keeping an awareness of the need for God’s intervention and plan for our lives. She enjoys family time, hiking, camping, HIIT workouts, gardening, baking and the Arizona sunshine. ************************************************** Tammy uses an integrative approach to counseling and draws from a variety of modalities to promote client health and wellness. Her therapeutic modalities include Christian Counseling, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy and Mindfulness.
