I assist those who want to overcome the pain of past experiences or memories and understand how to live a happy and productive life. I'll work with you to let go of negative beliefs and behaviors that limit your best self and encourage you to set attainable goals that not only achieve a wellness of your mental health, but also provide healing for your whole person inclusive of your body, mind and spirit. I believe connecting to your past, living in the present and being proactive for the future brings understanding about your behaviors in a more thoughtful way. I use an integrative approach to trauma therapy. Using EMDR I specialize in helping find relief from anxiety, depression, intrusive memories, flashbacks or nightmares associated with past abuses or traumas. I assist adults/veterans/1st responders to recognize your inner strength & to let go of negative thoughts and images!
