Receiving invaluable warmth & empathy during my own experience of therapy inspired me to give back to others the same compassion. My approach is eclectic & collaborative; incorporating the Biopsychosocial-Spiritual model as well as non-pathologizing, internal family systems (IFS) informed parts work with the goal of empowering the client to discover their own healing.
