I bring extensive training, life experience, compassion and empathy for the circumstances surrounding our everyday lives. Issues like depression, anxiety, addiction, attention problems or more serious psychological dissociations when life gets overwhelming. I embrace a holistic approach to mental health incorporating not only therapeutic interventions but seeks to take advantage of ancillary treatments working with psychiatrist and other practitioners utilizing diet, exercise, supplementation, medication, brainwave optimization, hyperbaric oxygen and other solutions where appropriate.
