Offering exclusively Telehealth. I am a licensed psychotherapist in Arizona and Montana, specializing in adult individual therapy for women. I am passionate about empowering women, increasing resiliency, emotional strength, and enabling effective coping of life's challenges and relationships. Relationships of all kinds: partners, immediate, and extended family, friends, and work situations. When childhood trauma, especially emotional trauma meets healing relationships, corrective emotional experiences are powerful agents of change. I have 30 plus years of experience in various settings in multiple states, including outpatient agencies, hospital, residential treatment centers, and schools; with extensive Post Master's education and training in Psychodynamic, Gestalt, EMDR, Attachment, Mindfulness, and Self-Care. Since the client - therapist relationship is crucial, I provide a supportive, safe and accepting environment.
