My philosophy is that you are your own best expert. You know when something is not right and how you would like things to change. Emotionally, you want help getting from where you are now to where you want to be.​That’s where I come in. As a therapist, I can help you navigate from what is not working to what helps you find happiness, peace, and comfort. I graduated from Syracuse University and have been a therapist for over 30 years. I started Global Therapy, my private practice in 2001 in Tampa, Florida. Since then, I have moved a few times but settled in Northwest Arkansas. I have worked in agency outpatient counseling centers in New York, Maine, and Florida and I’m licensed in AR, FL, ID, and MO as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
