I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arkansas and use EMDR as a part of trauma therapy. I have over 10 years of experience working with women to help them recover from unresolved trauma, overcome shame and guilt, and increase their self-esteem. Trauma therapy may include work on coping and self-care as a result of trauma or abuse, processing traumatic experiences, and/or reestablishing relationships and healthy life patterns post-trauma.
