Gabrielle is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional specializing in complex and attachment trauma, Borderline Personality Disorder, PTSD, anxiety, addiction and relationship issues in adults. She also works with adolescents and couples. She is a graduate of McDaniel College with a Masters in Counselor Education and Community Mental Health. She has her basic training certificate in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). She uses a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) skills, EMDR Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy to promote change and mental wellness. Gabrielle meets clients where they are in their mental health journey. She provides a nonjudgmental, calm, supportive atmosphere.
