Everyone experiences times of uncertainty, which can block us from leading our most fulfilling life, full of self-love/acceptance and dynamic relationships. Uncertainty can lead to overwhelm, anxiety, depression and frustration. When we get to a 'stuck' place the last thing we may want to do is reach out for help, but this is when help is most needed, and can open us up to hopefulness and receiving compassion, understanding, acceptance, and peace. 'Stuck' places come in various forms, have roots that need to be uncovered and healed. By reaching out for help solutions are achievable. My mission in life is to help others grow beyond their 'stuck' places, discover and heal areas of their life that have covered over the precious person they were created to be. I came into the field of counseling after healing my own inner wounds through counseling. My own healing compels me to help others on their journey.
