About
I specialize in IFS-informed EMDR. I have experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community and people who identify within the neurodiversity umbrella, including ADHD, autism, and sensory sensitivities. It is my intention to provide services that support people of all races, genders, religions, and abilities. I believe that everyone deserves to find safety within themselves, and to discover their authentic way of being in the world. The world needs each and every one of us to access rest and joy, so we can move beyond just surviving and toward thriving.
