I am a Christian based psychotherapist who believes that Christ is the only one who can bring true and complete healing. I also believe that people can change how they feel by changing how they think, which causes them to change their responses in different situations. When people are willing to couple these two things, transformation happens in their life. For over 20 years I have had the privilege of partnering with people to bring about hope and healing in their lives. I would love the privilege to partner with you as well! I am a Certified EMDR & Eating Disorder Specialist who believes you can fully recover! Eating disorders are NOT about food but about underlying issues. When the issues are addressed this coping strategy is no longer needed. Eating disorders are NOT something you have to live with your whole life. You can be free!
