I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker focusing on trauma, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). I completed my graduate training at the Cleveland VA Medical Center, where I treated veterans with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I am trained in EMDR and have advanced expertise in BPD, and I am currently pursuing my Board Certified Autism Professional (BCAP) credential. I integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) into a holistic, person-in-environment approach, emphasizing trauma healing and mind-body wellness. I have extensive experience working with veterans, active-duty military, and neurodivergent clients. As a wife and mother in a largely neurodivergent family, I bring lived experience with ADHD and autism. My background as a photographer and artist inspires a creative, strengths-based approach that values curiosity and reframing, empowering clients to build fulfilling lives.
