I utilize a variety of evidence-based techniques, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). As a BPC-accredited practitioner of Mentalization-Based Treatment (MBT) and APsA-accredited in Psychoanalytic Theory, I bring a depth of knowledge to our work.
