As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I understand that safety and trust take time to build, especially when vulnerability has felt overwhelming in the past. I use a person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach to support adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and PTSD. While therapy involves meaningful and challenging work, I believe there is also room for warmth and connection. My goal is to help individuals gently process past experiences, deepen self-understanding, and feel more present, grounded, and connected in their daily lives.
