I am an EMDRIA Europe Accredited EMDR Practitioner and specialise in helping people recover from trauma caused by childhood sexual abuse and neglect, violent and abusive relationships, violent and sexual trauma, birth trauma, traumatic bereavement and trauma-related chronic lower back pain and other forms of chronic pain, as well as phobias related to trauma. I am a Personal Trainer (Level 4 Exercise for lower back pain specialist and a Level 4 Pilates Teacher. I run a programme of individual EMDR therapy to treat the psychological and trauma-related aspects of chronic lower back pain (CLBP) and attendance at my weekly Pilates for Lower Back Pain group as the NICE guideline for the treatment of non-specific, CLBP is exercise plus psychotherapy.
