Hello I'm Eleanor! For the past 24 years, I've been dedicated to helping people overcome trauma, avoidance, hyper-vigilance, exhaustion, worry, rumination, self doubt, de-motivation and overwhelm, and enhance their relationships, communication, confidence, self esteem and identity, energy, executive functioning, emotional intelligence, emotion regulation and resilience. I’m GSDR (LGBTQIAK+), neuro-diversity, and HSP friendly and experienced. I'd love to help you develop your strength and skillfulness, vitality and purpose in the face of anxiety complex challenges by drawing on my 1000's (!) of hours of training in EMDR, CBT, Compassion Focussed Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Parts Work, and Schema Therapy. By combining deep healing oriented therapy alongside skill oriented coaching and encouraging mentoring, I can help you process and transform overwhelming life experiences; take practical, achievable action; develop the mindsets, tools and resources to flourish.
