Reena Davis graduated with a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology in 2022 and has since been working privately in the treatment of depression, anxiety, PTSD, C-PTSD, dissociation, and traumatic brain injury. Additionally, she has worked in a non-profit organization specializing in sexual assault. Prior to becoming a counseling therapist, Reena spent many years in advocacy, health coaching, teaching yoga and fitness as well as teaching mindfulness in group settings. With an eclectic background, Reena aims to deliver a personalized treatment plan using EMDR, somatic work with the body, vagus nerve approaches, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness. All treatment is trauma-informed and collaborative.
