I specialize in helping adult individuals recover from trauma and addiction with talk therapy and EMDR. My clients have been through things like childhood neglect/abuse, intimate partner violence, assault, family conflict, or abuses within a faith community. Many also want to change their relationship with alcohol or drugs, or have been impacted by addiction. I'm here to help. I have extensive training in recovery work and trauma-informed care including EMDR, an approach that can reduce the triggering factors associated with traumatic memories. I provide telehealth to clients across NJ. I work Wednesday through Saturday and offer daytime and evening appointments. I can offer sessions in English or Korean.
