Hi there! My niche is in trauma counseling, and I work with adults and their families who experienced trauma or other stressful incidents. I have over 7 years of experience in the field of trauma, doing individual and group therapy. I will work alongside you on a treatment plan that’s effective and meet your unique needs and goals. I follow an empowerment and holistic approach and use frontline trauma therapies to help you get better. I am a certified EMDR therapist and a CPT provider. These two therapies are internationally recognized as highly effective treatments for PTSD and trauma.
