I specialize in Attachment-Focused EMDR, which incorporates the basic principles of regular EMDR and adds a layer that allows you to change the emotions associated with the events and primary relationships from childhood that are the root of problems with attachment in adulthood. It also adds a layer of somatic awareness, which empowers you to release traumas that are typically "held in the body." Ultimately, this EMDR practice leads to you feeling safer and safer in your body while eliminating the constricting beliefs that prevent you from experiencing happiness in your relationships.
