***I am currently offering telehelath therapeutic sessions. I am licensed in Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona as an LCSW.*** At this time I am not licensed in other states. Other countries may not prohibit licensed telesessions. We face challenges every day and if there are unknown triggers holding you to past patterns that are not working, or to unfair judgements about yourself, there could be an invisible barrier to living your best life. If you are experiencing ongoing anxiety and depression you may have trauma memories that are imprinted in your brain's unconscious. Let's work together to get a sense of who you are and what your ideal self entails. We will look at your life, your values and utilize your strengths to uncover what may be holding you back from your best you, and your best life. I look forward to meeting you. My pronouns are she, her, hers and while my main focus is EMDR I find joy in implementing unique approaches that we will set together.
