О терапевте

I work in private practice at my home in Hutton Brentwood Essex UK. I work using Attachment Informed EMDR, Somatic Experiencing and Internal Family Systems. I am client led and provide a safe confidential space, I work with the clients needs. My main work is with trauma, this might be childhood trauma or a more recent event that may be hard to process, such as bereavement, relationship breakup/difficulties or the birth of a child. My background is in Social Care working with looked after children and their caregivers. I also worked in CAMHs, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services, working with children and young people with emotional and mental health difficulties and their parents.
