My passion for helping those experiencing barriers due to mental health started over 20 years ago, working in group residential housing, mental health case management, and rehabilitative services. That passion continues today, where I specialize in trauma-informed care, partnering with clients to deliver services that not only help them heal, but in a manner that meets people where they are on their recovery journey. Some of the modalities my clients and I use include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, and interventions from Ego State Therapy and Narrative Therapy perspectives. We will work together on determining the best modality for you and your needs, and make adjustments as needed, so you receive the best possible care to remove barriers to living your best, and healthiest, life.
