I can support you to find ways to gain the positive change you are seeking. I enjoy working with women and men who're struggling with difficult life situations. Find ways to feel more calm, confident, capable and connected. If talk therapy hasn't worked for you in the past, consider EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, or Expressive Arts Therapy. My main treatment orientation is based in humanistic psychology, which values the individual's strengths and abilities, and recognizes the self-healing capacities of the client. I'm trained in CBT, EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Creative Expressive Arts therapy methods. Online sessions available by a secure video program.
