Whether it is to offer support through addressing relationship difficulties or working through and adjusting to a difficult life event, my goal is to establish an authentic and trusting connection with you and give you the support and encouragement that you need to become the best version of yourself. My background allows me to uniquely bring forth various resources, knowledge, and tools in assisting individuals in a variety of circumstances. I have a MA in Professional Counseling and have been in practice for over 17 years. I have been EMDR certified since 2009 and am also a Board Certified Christian Life Coach. I combine my education, life experiences, compassion, and integrity to assist my clients in making confident and positive life changes. I counsel mainly from an EMDR, CBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy approach. I offer Life Coaching to individuals as well as a group coaching program for Christian men centered on Christian leadership in marriage.
