Going to counseling is a huge commitment. It is imperative to find the right fit for yourself and one who can best address your issues. As a past staff member at Ridgeview, Peachford and Emory Hospitals, my training focuses on trauma, difficult transitions, anxiety, ADHD, grief, and depression. My goal is to serve those desiring healing. I specialize in adolescents, college-age, and young adults (along with their families) who are focused on uncovering core reasons for negative patterns of self-harming behaviors, suicidal ideation, and high anxiety. Also, persons facing divorce, alienation, separation. I hold an art degree with skilled training in drawing, painting, puppet therapy, sand tray and EMDR. During the healing journey, I believe in focusing on several complementary modalities, such as Art Expression, DBT, Experiential, EFT and EMDR to assist with hurtful and painful memories. Qualified in Forensic Evaluations for Court and Parental Alienation.
