I practice from a mindfulness and neuroscience focused psychotherapy stance to support acknowledging the past, understanding the present, and creating a healthier future. I am trauma and EMDR certified and use several other approaches including coherence work, sand tray, relational, and somatic approaches. Typically, the clients seen include those who have experienced complex trauma including dissociation and those who struggle with strong emotional and relational challenges. These include having experiences with narcissistic and borderline personality traits ( both those who exhibit those traits and those who have been subjected to abuse and invalidation from parents or partners who express those characteristics.)
