О терапевте
Hello, I’m Kimberly S. Lee, LCSW. With 20 years of experience in the mental health field, most of that specializing in trauma therapy, I developed The Renewal Process™, a trauma-informed approach for women. This method integrates CBT, somatic therapy, neuroscience, and EMDR to calm the nervous system, reduce anxiety, and resolve trauma stored in both the brain and body. Treatment begins with a collaboratively created neural re-patterning script to help retrain your body’s response to triggers and support emotional regulation early in the process. As therapy continues, we build practical skills for managing intense emotions, shifting unhelpful thought patterns, and reconnecting with your body to create safety and resilience. EMDR is then used to gently reprocess traumatic memories without requiring details. This approach is effective for women healing from childhood neglect, narcissistic abuse, complex PTSD, vicarious trauma, car accidents, and other trauma-related concerns.
