I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 20 years of experience supporting children, adults, and families through trauma recovery and life transitions. As the Clinical Director of a private mental health practice in northern Minnesota, I provide telehealth EMDR therapy to help clients process and heal from distressing experiences in a safe, supportive, and culturally responsive space. My approach blends evidence-based techniques with a deep respect for each client’s identity, culture, and story, creating a collaborative path toward resilience and empowerment. Trained in EMDR, I integrate creative, relational, and strengths-based methods to help clients move beyond the impact of trauma, reclaim their sense of self, and live with greater confidence and peace.
